Lead Time, Delivery & Returns


Please allow 20 business days (estimate) to produce and deliver your piece.


While we make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible, the delivery timeframe is in no way a promise or guarantee of delivery time. If there are any unforeseen delays or concerns with your order Still&All are not liable as we have no control once the artwork is with the printers, framers or shipping company. The shipping fee is strictly non-refundable.


Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.


Changed your mind?
If you changed your mind and would like a refund, email me at deb@stillandall.com.au within 7 days of receiving your artwork.
You'll need to pay the costs of return delivery. As the artworks are generally pretty large, this could work out to be a bit tricky (especially if you're not in Melbourne). I should be able to point you in the right direction to find someone to deliver the artwork.
Your artwork needs to be returned in 'as-new' condition. If it's not in as-new condition, I reserve the right to return the product to you.
Damaged goods
If your print is damaged or in any other way not-quite-right when it arrives, email us within 7 days at deb@stillandall.com.au to let us know and we'll organise a replacement.
