Changed your mind?
If you changed your mind and would like a refund, email us at within 7 days of receiving your artwork.
You'll need to pay the costs of return delivery. As our artworks are generally pretty large, this could work out to be a bit tricky (especially if you're not in Melbourne). When you contact us we should be able to point you in the right direction to find someone to deliver the artwork.
Your artwork needs to be returned to us in 'as-new' condition. If it's not in as-new condition, we reserve the right to return the product to you.
Damaged goods
If your print is damaged or in any other way not-quite-right when it arrives, email us within 7 days at to let us know and we'll organise a replacement.
