Changed your mind?
If you changed your mind and would like a refund, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your artwork.
You'll need to pay the costs of return delivery. As the artworks are generally pretty large, this could work out to be a bit tricky (especially if you're not in Melbourne). I should be able to point you in the right direction to find someone to deliver the artwork.
Your artwork needs to be returned in 'as-new' condition. If it's not in as-new condition, I reserve the right to return the product to you.
If your print is damaged or in any other way not-quite-right when it arrives, email us within 7 days at email@example.com to let us know and we'll organise a replacement.
