If your artwork is damaged or in any other way not-quite-right when it arrives, contact us within 3 days to let us know and we'll organise a repair or replacement.

Buyers will need to pay the costs of return delivery. Your artwork needs to be returned in 'as-new' condition and in the same packaging as it arrived. If it's not in 'as-new' condition we reserve the right to return the product to you and refuse the refund.

Objet d'art. All pieces in the objet d'art collection are sold 'as-is' and all sales are final.

GlobeWest ItemsAll GlobeWest items carry a 12 month manufacturers domestic warranty (excluding fair wear & tear). Purchaser is entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. GlobeWest reserves the right to decide whether a component or item should be repaired or replaced. Refunds will only be processed once goods are receipted back into the GlobeWest Melbourne warehouse.
